Light, modern and very innovative - the W Marmolada Pro OD by SCARPA is a trekking shoe for women with a waterproof OutDry membrane and lots of useful technologies.
Built on the well-known Vibram® Drumlin sole and the EVA midsole, the new shaft of the W Marmolada Pro OD by SCARPA is made with a mix of material Suede leather from Perwanger and an L-Tech material that combines SCARPA Sock-Fit technology. The Cocona® lining provides for fast drying and the up-to-the-toe lacing for optimum support.
- Outdry: Thanks to the patented 3D laminating machine, the shoe upper material is completely waterproofed in a single step - which takes only a few seconds - before the lining is adapted. OutDry® is the most effective system to make shoes waterproof because it is fully integrated into the shoe construction. OutDry is evenly bonded to the upper material and covered by the lining: discreet and absolutely invisible
- Cocona: Cocona® materials have integrated, microscopic, microporous particles that provide greater breathability, faster drying times, high UV protection and better odor management. Advantages: high evaporation cooling and fast drying due to increased surface area of the fibers, improved welding management by absorbing odor particles, natural function by carbon particles, recycled coconut shells and natural minerals
