The Borea by PETZL is a durable and versatile women's helmet for sports climbing and mountaineering.
Adventurous outdoor sportswomen will be pleased with the headband of the Borea helmet by PETZL, which is specially designed for long hair tied back in a ponytail! Thanks to its durable design, the helmet is ideal for climbing, via ferrata, canyoning and speleology. The thick outer shell makes it particularly resistant to knocks and scratches.
The enclosing helmet shape of the Borea by PETZL protects the head even better, while the compact and ventilated design ensures maximum comfort.
Robust helmet with extended head protection:
- Robust hybrid construction with a thick outer shell made of ABS, an inner shell made of EPP foam inner shell and an EPS foam inner shell for high durability
- Hard, impact- and scratch-resistant outer shell for a particularly long service life
- Headband can be stowed in the helmet shell for storage and transportation
- Design encloses the head and is lowered in the neck area for optimum protection against rockfall and impact protection on the sides and in the front and back of the head (PETZL label Top and Side Protection).
Comfort for long hair:
- Semi-rigid, easily adjustable Omega headband with a generous cut-out, to allow the helmet to be worn with long hair tied back in a ponytail
- Ventilation openings and foam padding with slits for better air circulation
- Easy adjustment thanks to side straps and fully adjustable chin strap

For bulky goods we calculate the actual costs as surcharge fee for each product. As an example bulky goods are: Ski (with a length of more than 160 cm), bicycles, mountain bikes, and volume elements for climbing walls. Bulky goods can be recognized by an additional labeling in the product selection, indicating a shipping rate in the prefix, which will be added as an additional charge for the product in the cart. You never pay more than indicated in your shopping cart. Partial delivery causes no additional costs within EU countries and Switzerland; please enter a phone number where you are reachable during the day.
Orders are shipped only when all previous deliveries already have been paid.
