Lightweight, waterproof and packable – the unisex Puez Powertex Shorts by SALEWA are ideal for alpine trekking and hiking on wet spring/summer days in the mountains.
The durable Puez Unisex Powertex shell shorts by SALEWA provide breathable, packable weather protection for days spent on the trail. When you’re trekking over and around the mountains and off on (multi-day) alpine adventures in wild places, a pair of waterproof shorts often make good sense. Made from the proprietary Powertex by SALEWA, the Puez shorts can withstand rain with a water column of 10,000 mm and have very high breathability (MVTR: 40,000 g/m²/24h).
The fully seam-taped laminated construction consists of a water-repellent shell fabric combined with a waterproof/breathable membrane and an additional barrier coat and requires no backing liner. SALEWA finishes the Puez Powertex Shorts with an eco-friendly DWR (durable water repellent) treatment for additional protection. Powertex has a pleasant textured hand that feels dry next to the skin.
The Puez Powertex Shorts by SALEWA have a comfortable, low-profile elasticated waistband that works well with a pack and a rear zipped pocket that doubles up as a compression pouch. The slim, athletic cut has a gusset crotch to allow dynamic freedom of movement. When not in use, they stow down super compact and at just 112 grams, weigh less than your average banana.

We deliver by DHL within 1-3 business days to your home address in Germany and within 3-5 business days to addresses in other European countries. Shipping insurance is always included. Shipping overseas takes around 2-3 weeks with standard service. The delivery times to other countries will be indicated individually.
Because of the relatively small factory inventories at outdoor clothing collections, we can not guarantee for constant availability of all parts of our online collection. You can contact us via email or phone before your order to ask us about the current availability. In case of delivery delays we will inform you via e-mail, fax or telephone. Shipments to mailboxes are not possible.

For bulky goods we calculate the actual costs as surcharge fee for each product. As an example bulky goods are: Ski (with a length of more than 160 cm), bicycles, mountain bikes, and volume elements for climbing walls. Bulky goods can be recognized by an additional labeling in the product selection, indicating a shipping rate in the prefix, which will be added as an additional charge for the product in the cart. You never pay more than indicated in your shopping cart. Partial delivery causes no additional costs within EU countries and Switzerland; please enter a phone number where you are reachable during the day.
Orders are shipped only when all previous deliveries already have been paid.
